Returns 

We do not offer returns for our products given the nature of our goods, including beauty and bath products, fragile products, thrift/resale items and the like. 

We will offer monetary solutions for damaged products after a review determines that to be necessary and the responsibility of Haven on Summer Hill. 

We will always try to find a reasonable solution and remedy issues where a product is found undesirable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
